We recommend going through Growth Track first before signing up to serve. You'll discover your God-given gifts and unique personality that will help you find the Impact Team that's best for you.

You can also talk to a Team Leader about what you're interested in doing and they can help guide you in the right direction.

How often you serve will ultimately depend on your availability and which team you join. Some teams require may require you to serve more often than others, but most rotate volunteers every other Sunday. Your team leader will be able to tell you what their expectations are.

You're not obligated to serve on a team you're not enjoying serving in. That being said, some teams ask that you commit to at least 3 months of serving time. If after 3 months you'd like to stop serving or try joining a different team you may do so.
